Jr. Women’s Pitman New Jersey
So not too far from my house there is a small town called Pitman New Jersey. What a unique town this is. Why you ask? This is a town where everyone knows each other, yes sort of like Bedford falls in “A Wonderful Life”. In the 1980’s and part of the 1990’s there was an organization in the town which did indeed have a great role in organizing some really great fundraising for the people of Pitman that were a little less fortunate than others. The group was and is THE PITMAN JUNIOR WOMEN”S CLUB.
I had the honor of having the girls who are no longer part of the Jr. Women’s, have their holiday get together in my House. Why? You ask! Because my wife was a Pitman Jr. Women’s member.
Almost 20 years later these girls get together about once a month at different locations and talk about anything from school buses in Pitman to how they are going to run the world “Women”.
A great bunch of girls and I am honored they allowed me to take their group photograph during the holiday season. 2 ladies from the group are actually not in the photograph, High School Principal Eileen Salmon. Pat Lurch.
Any way they are still together and here is a list of them. Barb Edwards, Sue Fitzgerald, Debbie Pascale, Patricia Dahl, Jean Watson, Carol Ernhoffer, Cindy Granchi, Kerin Forsythe, Bobbi Crenco, Judy Ryder, Lisa Abrams, Pat Lurch, Eileen Salmon

Eat your heart out Red Hat Ladies, these girls do it better!
